Everyone is nice but the wait time is irritating
This office should be investigated the only good thing are the providers other than that the manager twanna Davis is unprofessional and should be investigated by upper management. Jewel the district manager is also protecting her. I feel bad for the staff there as I visited and they are not happy. I wish them well.
On Monday 11/18/24, I had a 5 pm appointment to have my blood drawn. The tech who performed the service did not wash her hands and only wore 1 glove. It's quite appalling 🤬
First time at Advocate and I’m extremely pleased with the service! From the front desk to my Dr. everyone listened and treated me with the utmost care. Theresa in the front was so friendly and got me in and out. Maria who works with Dr. Cuadros was excellent. Dr. Cuadros really took her time during our visit to hear me out and I felt we touched every area we needed to touch. I look forward to my next visit.
