Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! When I gotta go to place and come out feeling worse because the specialist is too damn lazy to fill out a pa form and consistently says your insurance this your insurance that then it’s not worth wasting my time and effort into going to see them. Will be finding another healthcare provider. Y’all been warned!!!!
Great care is received. Avoid getting blood work at the ACL ( I believe it's called) facility next to the hospital. Have it done at the Vollmer location instead.
It seems like no one is happy to have a job and or working there. Each time I go there for my mother the workers at the front desk seems to have a nasty attitude as if I’m interrupting their day. I ever heard other patience say the same thing about their attitudes. That really sucks cause the doctors there are amazing but the front desk will make the doctors lose their patients. That whole front desk needs new people with better attitudes that actually enjoy their job or just happy they have a job.
Do not bother coming here for labs. If they schedule an appointment for you here, change it. I called ahead to schedule a lab appointment and they scheduled me for 8:30AM. Got there and they don’t even take appointments. A entire HOUR later during a workday and nothing. Go to Orland or somewhere else, this place sucks
