Horrible rude staff. Receptionists are terrible and have a bad attitude. I waited about 2 hours for my Dr appt, my exam room was dirty and had dead bugs by the window. Go anywhere else this place needs to be shut down.
Wife had an appointment at 1240 they told here to be there at 1225.She waited 45 minutes and noone called her to the back. She asked how long and noone could give her a straight answer. She left and canceled the appointment. Poor customer service all around. Heard a gentleman behind the counter mumbling something about her under his breath.
Dr.Cameron Karnish believes cannabis causes psychosis & schizophrenia. Refused refilling my adhd medication for that and having CPTSD. I've been prescribed and been taking both for 4 years. Im 40. Ive never been made to feel as if I was a crazy drug addict until I came here to see her.
Great bedside manors and Dr. San Jain and staff were exemplary !!
Very unprofesional: They will make you wait for 40 min while they are eating their lunch. Reception person …. Shouldn’t work in customer service!! Just go in the back when you oder your food or make a personal phone call. My Last anual visit was very superficial At the end they tried to get rid of me, sending me to a different location for blood work.
