This is about my husband Care. This is ridiculous. I call since 5 o’clock in the morning. I tried to squeeze him in. They don’t have a room. He needs a blood pressure medication. I asked for nurse for anybody.Jenevite The medical assistant didn’t help at all. Don’t go there. This is not acceptable. My pile of emergency room is very high. That’s why I have insurance pay monthly so with situation like that the office always should have 20 minutes when to get patient with this situation. I’m very disappointed.
I have been to the practice a handful of times now. My doctor, Michelle Seaquist, has been great. The office staff are helpful and always willing to help. Wait times can be a little long but overall I would recommend scheduling with a provider here.
Update if you go in the evening the front desk recipients are great. I want to update you a 4 star for their professionalism. Dr Cipolla is an amazing doctor he is worth 5 stars! However the front desk recipients have been extremely rude every time I have been there .They definitely should not be the face of the company that represent the office.
