Got admitted into hospital was diagnosed with a dvt , clot was from my ivc near my kidney all true way to below the knee of my left leg. Got discharged after surgery failed. while I was being given morphine and Percocet alternating every 2 hours to give me some relief bc I was in chronic pain even after that when I Saw these guys after I was released and immediately labeled a drug addict. I had my 1st appt with Haley (PA) yesterday & I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Her bedside manner was exceptional! She was patient, empathetic, kind, thorough, a good listener & took her time with me. Jessica, the nurse that saw me b4 Haley was great too! Big thumbs up for Advocate Pain Mgmt!!!
Do not use! Avoid at all costs! It’s a rotating door for the doctors and they give a damn about their patients! Wish I could give negative stars!!!
The level of service I have received from this facility has been nothing short of amazing!
Apart from being given two different addresses, there’s also no sign that states “pain management” anywhere outside the building. There’s at least 10 different types of services available in the same lot all with specific signs. Once I found the building, i approached the directory inside that states the room number of the office. It Doesn’t tell you how to get there though. You walk through the door and are met with one room number and exit unless you turn down a hall and walk down to find it. No other signs no employees. I... read more
