They called less than FIVE HOURS before my apponitmeent to tell me they can't help me with an INITIAL consultation despite making the apppointment a month prior. Avoid Advocate whenever possible - we NEVER have issues like this with Northwestern.
I've been multiple times for pain management, emg, and injections with continued care. Very friendly and professional staff. Appointments are punctual. With Advocate Medical Group you really feel a sense that as people they truly care about your problems and helping you get better. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and are always there to answer my questions outside of my appointments. Really great people.
I've been here for 5 or6 years, tried to work with doctors but they keep leaving ,Front office staff Jamie and young man are wonderful but I have chronic in several areas, that's been not looked at and severely neglected. One pain they try to address is my psyatic nerve it's not a pain place condition they use methadone, like they give out for heroine addicts mainly so with the changes and not wanting to use tried and true pain releivers that work effectively when used properly so do your research sooner or later you'll find... read more
Got admitted into hospital was diagnosed with a dvt , clot was from my ivc near my kidney all true way to below the knee of my left leg. Got discharged after surgery failed. while I was being given morphine and Percocet alternating every 2 hours to give me some relief bc I was in chronic pain even after that when I Saw these guys after I was released and immediately labeled a drug addict.
