Krystal the receptionist has a rude disposition. She Very smart mouth when I asked her a question about the wait time . Yall continue to let these nasty attitude people work for yall after numerous complaints . But I understand cheap labor . Yall might as well change the name to cook county .

In the area, caretaking for a few weeks and was involved in a minor car accident. I was able to schedule an appointment online and checked in once I arrived. There were quite a few people waiting, but it didn't take long for them to call me back. The kind security guard even automatically pointed me in the right direction when I walked in. Dr. Clary-Selli was awesome! She was knowledgeable, personable and caring. I was already on edge since I was out of state and in need of care. Everyone there helped tremendously! Here for some lab work. The nurses and doctors r nice. But the ppl at the front desk r so stupid. Took her 20 min to check me in. Had ID and insurance card. Had my file pulled up on the system but for some reason had to call advocate on the phone to confirm she could check me in. So slow.
