I thank the front desk in first floor , and the emergency team for helping me build confidence during my BP gone low and felt dizzy . They ensured to check in vitals and blood sugar level and made sure - I am ok . Their kind act and wonderful hospitality service on time was admirable. Thanks for your help.
J.P, the lady who answered the phone at 1:28 pm (8-23-2025) has THE ABSOLUTE WORSE ATTITUDE! Please find someone new to fill this position because she’s going to run customers away if she hasn’t done so already. This is the only hospital/clinic I’ve been going to for about a decade and have never dealt with anyone like her. I WILL be reaching out to Corperate to see that something is done about this

Easy to get in and exit with an accurate order from professional staff.
I checked in with the front desk and was disrespected by the Employee with her assumptions and statements. I'm starting to realize all Advocate locations are run horribly and the most unprofessional folks work at these places. Avoid this location and anything Advocate related.
