I never leave reviews but my goodness, they need to make some changes. Phone system is terrible, you can’t reach your doctors office directly, you have to go through someone who asks you a million questions first and then has to send your doctors office a message to then call you, and then they will call you within the next 24 hrs… like what! Or you can go through the app to ask a question and they answer when they’re able… ugh… I love my doctor but not being able to call the office directly is very frustrating. Makes me wan... read more
