Returned to Dr. Hilgers after months of PT and told him I felt the same as when I first saw him, and he told me to move on with my life. Reviewed the note later and it had multiple inaccuracies. He denied my request for correction, insisting that the note was completely accurate.
Ever since they renovated, it takes them at least 20 minutes to answer a phone call. Then they have to request a callback instead of waiting, which I did, but they never called, but they do have amazing Nurses and Doctors.
This place was horrible the bathrooms wasn’t even clean they were nice but the place is like a dump
