5 stars for Dr. Deol she's wonderful and staff however I've been waiting 3 weeks now for a pre-authorization for medication approval to be sent over to my pharmacy this is outrageous they use a third party with no access to their system it's horrible that you can't get a status or when a sheet of paper will be sent to a pharmacy
1st office visit, which I scheduled back in June. The office smells old and sad. My appt was scheduled for 10:00 I showed up at 09:45, didn’t get called back until 10:33, just to do vitals! Not impressed at all with this office and doesn’t look like it would be a good fit for my family. It appears to be an office for geriatrics mostly. If you are a service member do not go with them. It’ll take forever to get an appointment and establish care and the office is dingy!
Absolute worst office since Advocate took them over. We will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. We left work and school early for an appointment only to wait 30 minutes before finding out they were running over 45 minutes behind in an absolutely EMPTY OFFICE.
