I’ve been going here for years, but unfortunately will not be returning. The amount of phone calls and messages I receive from this facility is insane, but they fail to mention they only take patients with insurance now? I don’t get it. Very poor communication.
I could write a 40 page paper with a solid 20 separate stories that explains why this place is the worst. They are unreliable, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I stayed with this place for too long due to convenience. Stay away from this place.
They make you wait hours to be seen but you show up 3 minutes late and they reschedule you even though you explain you were just in the emergency room. They don't care about anybody but themselves
Incompetent staff, the woman at the front desk had me waiting at the wrong section and the wrong floor also I have been waiting months for a prescription with them having me do things they are supposed to do and still no prescription
I wanted to transfer to this location from my current ob office because I thought they would provide more educational resources here and I thought my labor would be best here due to it being a level 3 hospital and handles high risk pregnancies and I currently see MFM for my diabetes. After doing research I decided to switch insurance site to be in network to see the doctors at oaklawn. I was 25wks at the time and in my 2 trimester.
