Just had my delivery. And nurses are more than willing to help me. They care way too much.
WARNING I’d give zero stars if I could. We’ll just start by saying parking is the absolute worst! You’ll drive circles and get stuck in traffic in the garage for 10+ minutes and then have to walk far to get where you’re going. My very first appointment was a huge red flag and when I should have left and never returned. I am more than pleased with the care I was provided with here. All the providers I had appointments with during my pregnancy were very thoughtful and considerate when answering my questions and addressing my concerns with the detail. Big thank you to Dr. Tummuru during my delivery. It was the first time I had actually met her since I did not have an appointment with her during my pregnancy, and she was very supportive and professional throughout the entire labor and delivery process. There was a day I scheduled to be seen by a obgyn and gave my insurance I was aware it wasn’t going to go thru but a receptionist lied to me and even made an appointment for me. And said oh it went thru …. The next morning of the appointment they call me saying it didn’t and I’m a nurse myself and it’s hard to make arrangements in my schedule too ….. terrible
The doctor was amazing and very nice! Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
