They Never answer the phone lady at the desk is rude and doesn't answer the phone on purpose would not recommend
I've been a patient here since 2016. Delivered all 3 of my babes with them. And from beginning to end their care has been outstanding. All Dr's here are great but Of course I have my favorites ☺️ overall, I've never had any issues from making appointments. The staff is nice and they always take me on time for my appointments. I love coming here and i always recommend them to people. 🩷
I had a appointment today at 11:20 I got to the medical center at 11:30 I tried to reach out to the OB GYN know that I was there I just parking I was on hold for so long I had trouble finding parking the valet parking line was long I had to park on the fourth level garage take a elevator back down cross the street and all while still on hold got to the second floor by that time it was 11:35 and the receptionist was on the phone and she puts the caller on hold look up my information while I’m explaining to her the situation a... read more
