Horrible. My son's girlfriend is currently experiencing a miscarriage. We had went to a place to prove pregnancy and get an ultrasound and they said there was no heartbeat and the baby was showing 7 weeks. We waited two weeks to see if anything would change. We then tried to schedule an appointment and told them what was happening. They said she needed to talk to a nurse and that one would be calling. We said okay and that we would wait for the call. Rude receptionists who give inaccurate information, Jasmine being one of them. Extreme wait times. Money grabbers, not ‘advocates’.
I had good experiences here with Dr Kennedy who is no longer there and Dr Holley amazing doctors and so kind . BUT recently given my history with them they still wanted me to bring my records which i did and they called me to say the medical team doesn't know what those are and was ok to still schedule FOB, they wouldn't order me any labs till I see an them in 8 weeks… due to this and knowing my history which is on my chart everything went medically wrong with no medical guidance from them or even want to see me in office as... read more
