The receptionist on April 22 roughly 3:30pm was so rude. I have a referral from neurologist in ER. She kept stating she sees no referral for me and the soonest she can get me in is October. My paper says to follow up on 2-3 weeks. I have a life threatening condition and for her to keep rudely telling me “well I can’t get you in until October” is disgusting. Going to try to get a second referral from my primary care doctor. To yell at someone over the phone who has a swollen brain and migraines, SHAME on you!

The Neurologist I saw today Dr. Fecto was amazing. He considered my history background, he was respectable, and I felt valued as a patient. He was also polite and an active listener. I previously have seen 3 Neurologist and requested to have a change of referral due to dismissive and rude service. It is nice to finally receive quality care. Incredibly unhelpful staff, with a very disorganized department. Good luck getting anything out of these people without them putting you on hold for 45 minutes, hanging up on you, lying about being out of the office, and never following up about important scan results that you paid them over a thousand dollars to read. Go somewhere else. These people don't deserve your money and will make it a nightmare to get related medical care outside of their price-gouging services.
