WORST PLACE, WORST STAFF, DO NOT RECOMMEND. My partner and I came in for my first appointment this past week and we were turned away for insurance issues. The way it was handled was so unprofessional. The receptionist loudly explained to a manager over the phone my situation with my insurance and stated “she had a different insurance, it’s not our fault she showed up without giving us her new insurance” when I had only checked in and was not even aware that they weren’t taking my insurance at this point. My OB referred me for a more detailed ultrasound. My tech was very nice and delicate with the whole procedure. The front desk rep Robin is the absolute sweetest and on top of making sure appointments fit in with the doctors requests and your life schedule! Thank you Robin for your proactiveness and help!

I have an ultrasound scheduled, this location isn’t my normal location but I was referred here from my normal doctors office in downers grove. I’m just super confused as to how people involved with maternal fetal medicine NEVER answer the phone during normal business hours. I’ve literally been calling this location every hour from opening until now 3:00pm and still no answer. Hire more people if short staffed.
