This place is trash! Pre Scheduled a urgent visit! Rushed my sick 5 year old to urgent care on Saturday May 2, 26. Get there and they tell me the doctor on duty doesn't see kids. Causing me to have to find somewhere else to take him all while he's struggling! Avoid this place at all cost. Staff dont care about the patients. What type of doctor urgent care doctor dont see kids! or aleast make that know on the website!
I brought my father to Advocate Urgent Care due to concerning symptoms, and we were seen by Nurse Practitioner Zenobia Clark. During the visit, blood was found in his urine. Despite this finding—and my father’s medical history as a prostate cancer survivor—the initial plan was only to send a urine culture, without ordering any further imaging to rule out possible causes. Ist time coming here for my urgency care treatment, couldn't wait for my upcoming appointment. Very prompt treatment. Parking was plenty. Upon arrival front desk was pleasant. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Very plesant staff and even the doctor, he was very detailed in explaining and treating me what I came in for. Will be using the location again. Thinking about changing my PCP to this location because it's closer to me.
Took my son at 7:03 and one of the receptionist greeted me and was really attentive. As I’m explaining what I needed for my son, one of the other receptionist said that they couldn’t help me as they were about to close at 8 and that the X-rays were down and began to raise her arms as if she was glad. Very disappointed about that but thanks again for the lady who began to help me and recommended me to a 24 hours urgent care.
I've visited this location twice for immediate care and they've delivered immediately on both occasions. I'm now choosing my Primary Care Physician from this location.
