I arrived at 830am on a Tuesday during their open hours and at check in they told me there was no one there to assist me and I had to go to Irving park and western! What’s the point…
I saw Roger O. Farquharson, NP after I fell on ice and hurt my arm. He completely dismissed me- saying it would be swollen and look different if my arm was broken and didn’t even order X-rays. It didn’t feel right so I went to another urgent care the next day and xray showed that my arm was broken. I will never go back to Advocate Immediate care and would recommend against seeing this provider if you want thorough, quality care and and accurate diagnosis. Complete waste of time
Showed up to be told there was no in person immediate care today. How about you update that on your website when that's the case?
Great staff and low wait time! Everyone seemed to care about my issue and did a great job explaining all of the info.
