The nurse practitioner was so great. She was very friendly, professional, patient and listened well to my issues. She was extremely caring and intelligent. I felt like my care was exceptional and I was in good hands. The nurse and check in staff was great too. Such an excellent and efficent experience from start to finish.
Avoid this place! I don’t know why they keep this place open. They stand at the door and tell you they are too busy to see any patients.
This was my first time visiting this facility, and I was very pleased with the treatment that I received and the care of the nurse and doctor I didn’t have an appointment I walked in and my wait was minimal maybe 20 minutes before I was called in once I got into the room the nurse went right into action and after telling her what my symptoms were, they ordered an x-ray which I was happy I could have done at the facility, which showed that I had bronchitis I was given a nebulizer treatment which helped my Breathing and got my... read more
I do not recommend this immediate care location. There are no doctors on staff, just nurse practitioners. I went in December with a five-day fever, headache, and body aches. The NP told me I had “significant” pneumonia after an X-ray and said I needed to go to the ER immediately because I could die. She offered to call an ambulance. Before we left, she performed an EKG for my elevated heart rate and then returned saying it was abnormal, again urging an ambulance. My nurse was very knowledgeable and professional. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place for medical needs.
