Our son was their patient once and the staff was amazingly caring.
Decent place if you want t quick lab test done or xray. Wait time was only slightly long. There is no medical doctor here which was a disappointment. Limited equipment available for any actual emergencies. I found myself still going to my primary care for any medical questions and ER for any emergencies, and ortho walk in for any orthopedic issues, so while the experience was not terrible, I am not sure how much I got out of my visit here.

I’ll give a low review as a word of caution for those seeking medical assistance here. This medical facility is not always staffed with human medical providers, even while the website highlights APP’s available for staffing and give explicit guidance that immediate care is appropriate, not virtual care, for some medical issues. Imagine my disappointment when I presented to the Skokie immediate care and was told they did not have the staffing and would only offer a virtual option. If I would know, there 2 lines. One line for walk in. The other line for people who been send from work or day care. 2 lines means that walk in will here for ever. First advocate should let know people that this is the system. And take people from both lines. I probably would not come: 1/2, 1/2
