The nurse practioners here take about 60 seconds with you, lack training and education, and tell you to go elsewhere. The receptionist and nurse who checked me in were 5 stars! The actual healthcare is minimal here, do not waste your time unless you have a truly basic issue like a cough or need a bandage on a finger cut.
Our son was their patient once and the staff was amazingly caring.
Decent place if you want t quick lab test done or xray. Wait time was only slightly long. There is no medical doctor here which was a disappointment. Limited equipment available for any actual emergencies. I found myself still going to my primary care for any medical questions and ER for any emergencies, and ortho walk in for any orthopedic issues, so while the experience was not terrible, I am not sure how much I got out of my visit here.

I’ll give a low review as a word of caution for those seeking medical assistance here. This medical facility is not always staffed with human medical providers, even while the website highlights APP’s available for staffing and give explicit guidance that immediate care is appropriate, not virtual care, for some medical issues. Imagine my disappointment when I presented to the Skokie immediate care and was told they did not have the staffing and would only offer a virtual option.
