Amazing team, always going above and beyond
I could give 0 rating if possible. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The doctor was fine, but reception and customer service were awful—no response when it’s about money. I provided my insurance card, paid a $20 copay, and a month later got a $500 bill because they’re not covered by my insurance. No one told me this at check-in, and I have no idea why they collected a copay if my insurance wasn’t accepted. Reached out many times, never heard back. $500 for a flu test and consult is outrageous.
Staff and Doctor was amazing. Helped me to move forward in my recovery from Covid. Very grateful!
