Terrible. The nurse practitioner had 3 people ahead of me and this told me a two hour wait? For an urgent care?!?! Heart surgery is faster lol
This review is based on my first experience with Advocate’s Immediate Care, and it was my second urgent care I visited for the day. The wait time was very long, they were extremely busy on a snowy Wednesday, but the receptionist was very kind and thorough, the medical assistant was the same, and the provider I saw (Esmeralda Zamora) was so extremely kind and apologized for the crazy long wait time.
