APNP Esmerelda Z clearly needs retraining on bedside manner and standard patient protocol as you read other reviews of her being terrible- and her is another one. Esmerelda came in to see my mom with a UTI and they refused to give my handicap 80% wheelchair bound senior mother a hat to urinate in. They told my mom’s caregiver they had to collect a clean sample since their urine hats are contaminated (huge problem in itself).
