APNP Esmerelda Z clearly needs retraining on bedside manner and standard patient protocol as you read other reviews of her being terrible- and her is another one. Esmerelda came in to see my mom with a UTI and they refused to give my handicap 80% wheelchair bound senior mother a hat to urinate in. They told my mom’s caregiver they had to collect a clean sample since their urine hats are contaminated (huge problem in itself). I went to this urgent care instead of the Er, because it wasn’t a true emergency, NP Esmeralda and her team was great. It was a Bit of a wait , but that’s to be expected I wasn’t the only patient. But they kept me informed which made a difference. I feel like she was very thorough and asked lots of questions. I was prescribed some meds and discharged. Zero stars! Esmeralda Zamora did not even see my daughter before her front desk let us know by confirming with her she will not see her because she Is not capable of doing sutures on a 14 yo “ because she doesn’t feel comfortable and only does sutures on adults!?” How do you work here if you don’t feel comfortable doing possible sutures!?We drove all the way here called beforehand and she’s not comfortable ?! “My 5-year-old son complained of an earache. We reached urgent care on Friday, April 25th at 7:25 PM. They said, ‘We don’t take any more patients now; we are closing soon. Please go to another place.’ We were very upset. Why are they open until 8 PM if they stop taking patients at 7:30 PM?” “Three staff members were sitting there; they were very unprofessional and rude.”
