Very friendly and helpful staff.
Slow and disgusting. Clearly not staffed enough. Some staff is nice but they are clearly overwhelmed and it makes you wonder if your care will be compromised.

I just wanna thank you to all the staff today for taking care of me. You all showed compassion, which sick people needed in time of despair. I didn't really get her name but she was so nice to me and tried her best to put me at ease. Keep up the great work�
Very nice people working here. Usually go to the one in Round Lake Beach, but this is on my way home from work. The people at the RLB location are also very nice.
