I'm just going to review on the appointment taking process. Their phone service is the worst! Called the number for the Gastroenterology department. The number is automated and doesn't have Gastroenterology on file as an option. After giving other options it also didn't recognize, it hung up. I called back and said calling as a doctor instead, that person had to transfer me to another location. They intern took my number to call back. After all that the lady told me that they didn't have a referral for my "colonosopy". When ... read more
On 9- 7 I underwent a Colonoscopy procedure I carelessly put off for years. Dr Rachna and the staff could not have been more professional & comforting. A special thanks to RN's Michelle C, Tiffany M, & especially Carol B. Dr Garner's warm & professional demeanor & confidence was reassuring. & Tech Alma Y was especially kind & considerate in wrapping up my stay and getting me out the door. I highly recommend this team & the organization.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ amazing staff and physicians
I was seeing a doctor here and was told to come back in December. I called today and found out the Dr. Recently left the practice and their next available is May 2023. I have been waiting a long time to get treatment here and when I call I get told I have to wait almost a year?!? I found another gastroenterologist needless to say.
