My dentist had recommended this place as I don't have dental and I need a lot done. When I first in called back in December it took them a few days to call back to schedule the appointment, but as it did get closer I didn't have much in my bank as I get paid once a month and even with the payment plan I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford it. Cruel administrative staff who will blatantly lie about things from having returned your call, to pretending a schedule hasn’t opened yet even though it has. Truly awful communication, not only with patients, but staff seems totally unable to communicate with each other with literally any continuity. Ask 5 people the same question, you’ll get 5 conflicting answers. Impossible to know what to expect because admin and clinical staff continuously and gleefully lie to your face. Spent WAY too many years here. After going to a new place, I don’t miss the cranky dentists that should have retired years ago, the cramped quarters or the outdated equipment.
