Yes, please!! I love a good Advocate connect! Clean, great staff, organized, the surrounding areas are great, and the service is top tier! You might worry during these kind of appointments, but the team here will make you feel comfortable and keep you at ease. Outstanding service whenever I am here. 🏆 My only con is limited parking. That's it, that's all!
Patients want to feel connected to doctors giving the care. I did not feel connected to my doctor. Cold. Need caring feelings. Compassion.
The tech that did my mammogram was so rough and I asked her to get another tech. They came in and were very rude. I got dressed and left. Ladies, do yourself a favor and go to the facility on Rand Rd in Des Plaines. They are much more compassionate. Thanks Magdelina for your excellent service
I wish I can do a split review. The woman who called pushed for me to get an appointment scheduled right away. She asked me if it was a good time to talk and I said no. She demanded to know why not so I hung up the phone (this would have been the one star review part) I called back 10 minutes later and spoke with another woman. I explained that I was getting ready for my dad’s wake and did not appreciate the first woman’s attitude. The second woman apologized and got me scheduled.
