Carol and Felicia are THE best phlebotomists! My three year old has unfortunately had to have had blood drawn a number of times and it’s usually a terrible experience because baby arms are very difficult to find veins in. These ladies are amazing, and got it on the first try this morning! Thank you so so much!!

I had a truly terrible experience waiting for my blood test. The wait time was excruciatingly long, and the overall process was incredibly frustrating. I arrived at the clinic on time, only to find a crowded waiting room with no clear organization. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I waited for what felt like an eternity, and there was no communication or updates on when I would be seen. It's disappointing that a simple blood test could turn into such a time-consuming ordeal. You can't even get health care here because all the doctors are almost always booked at least a month in advance. This necessitates urgent care or emergency room care, instead. I'm going to have to change my primary care physician because I can't get in to see my current physician at this facility.
Worst place ever called for an appointment asked before I did any appointment I'd they take my health care insurance was on hold for 3min came back said yeah they booked me an appointment for next day I went n 1st thing they tell me we don't accept your insurance we're sorry but the person who booked u was a nurse n she isn't aware of the insurance policy what in the he'll a nurse is doing making appointment n doesn't know clearly what they doin very poor n unprofessional staff in advocate location on Irving Park n Western I... read more
