Leaving a review as I was on hold too long. Used to love this drs office. Very unhappy at the unprofessionalism now. My mother had an appointment and asked dr Jana for renew of prescriptions and for a general checkup of blood pressure, heart etc. The dr only renewed the prescriptions and didn't do any checkup at all. Then my mother needed a form filled for VCAT and for taxi card and dr Jana just said 'i don't do that' and didn't offer any other explanation or help on another dr there who can do that. Dr Lee is the best doctor. She is very caring and she have been helping my family over the years . Thank you ! Truly appreciate.
Unfortunately, since the new structuring this clinic has consistently shown poor care and customer service. It's time to find a new clinic which values patient care.
