My review is for the central scheduling. I sat on hold for over an hour to get scheduled for a very important cardiac test my doctor ordered. They were booked for over a month and there was no compassion when the message was delivered. I was told that a possible location that might have an opening (Barrington) was closed for the day and the rep would call me back. She never did.
