I delivered my baby at Advocate Lutheran General this July and can’t recommend it enough! I came in for a regular OB checkup and unexpectedly went into labor, but the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. My labor nurse Maril was amazing—she arranged wireless monitoring so I could move around, which really helped my labor progress. Overall, my husband and I's experience for the birth of our daughter was a great experience. With a 24 hour labor including 4 hours of pushing that resulted in an emergency c-section, we are so happy that our OBGYN made the call to do deliver this way as it was the safest option considering some complications we were having.
