I moved and had significant anxiety related to which plan would be best for me as I have multiple chronic illnesses. Kristen Maurice Was so kind & patient with me (and my husband) as we went through several different plans. She was accessible for any questions and seemed to truly care about our well being (Not just a number to her). Anyone needing information on new or changing needs of Medicare plans should give her a call.

I moved in December of 2024. I was paid up until January 2025. They continue to send me bills and now ,I am totally disgusted with them. My policy was cancelled in 2024. I am tired of it. Someone in Tullahoma needs to check their records! I am considering calling the BBB. I will not have my credit ruined by this company or any other
