Unable to go through my day today without sharing my positive experience with Advocate. Prior to their services, I was ultimately worried for the care of a loved one after being hospitalized. I had a wonderful experience with our caretaker for my grandmother. The aide was extremely knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and very reliable. When my grandma fell and broke her hip she had a two week long hospitalization followed by complications. We were scared and unsure regarding options for post hospitalization care since she had lived alone. When my mother became ill and needed care, I had no idea how to navigate the system. Conner and the rest of the team at Advocate made it easy and eliminated all of my stress and guess work. They helped me manage the entire process from the rehab center to the care she needed once back home. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone having to deal with Home Health Care needs
