I have been going to Advocate Physical Therapy for a while since Dr Klarquist prescribed physical therapy for me, and I can't say enough good things about this place. Samantha G, the Therapist who works with me, is very efficient, professional, and absolutely amazing. She helped me with balance issues, sciatica pain, and problems with knee-weakness and stiffness. The Registration is very quick as well, and my entire experience at this facility has been really awesome.
Absolutely the WORST customer service! I had two doctors (one that did surgery on me and my family doctor) that sent TWO referrals to them and after TWO days they're still telling me they don't have anything in their system!!! Thank God me and many other people I know are changing network, Advocate is the WORST!!
The new facility is absolutely beautiful! Although a long wait time to get your initial appointment the care was beyond great. Marina F was my PT and she listened to me and gave me a amazing program to fix my back in just under a month. Highly reccomend as the therapists spend an entire hour with you.
