Honestly, this has been a really disappointing and upsetting experience. I gave this place more chances than I should have, hoping things would improve, but over time it only got worse. At first, it seemed okay, but eventually I started to feel completely unheard during sessions. Instead of feeling supported, I often left appointments feeling judged. Horrible experience. It’s been 3 months and I’ve yet to be seen by anyone. I made my first appointment in October and it was cancelled the day of. New appointment was scheduled over 3 months out because that was there next available. I get a call yesterday saying they had a couple earlier appointments available and asked if I wanted one. I said sure, my original appointment was virtual but she wasn’t sure if the new one could be, weird but she said she’d check and call or send me a message. Everything related to pediatric medicine is a nightmare. Apparently, the Hippocratic Oath doesn’t apply to children under five. They called themselves, scheduled an appointment three months out, and then called three hours before to say they don’t deal with speech delays. Meanwhile, the child is just losing valuable time for help. And all they say is, ‘We’re very sorry.’ There’s a Chipotle across the street — maybe consider a career change.”
