Enjoyable employment. The schedule is good for some because you only work 2-3 days a week to get 40 hours. The behaviors are minimal compared to what you hear some people say, I think some people get too comfortable. I fell in love with the guys I work with and consider them family. There's a ton of overtime available if you want it. It's not an easy job but what is?
Not easy but rewarding. I love the guys that I work with. They have a special place in my heart.
One star is to much! They do not worry bout their employees or the participants. It’s all about money here at advocate home. They don’t take care of bad behavior only reward bad behavior. Here I am 37 weeks pregnant person came after me I asked to get out of the specific house and of course they say no I’m not trained anywhere else that is available. Which is okay bc I found a better company and better pay with no behaviors. I suggest not to go here I know 3 people that is leaving for sure in the next two weeks. I have pictu... read more
