I am disappointed with the delivery of care for oxygen by Advocate Home Health. The therapist who was to visit with us, did not show for the appointment and never called with even an excuse. On three occasions, I had to call them regarding the appmt. and after an order from 2 weeks ago, we are still waiting to be serviced. When I called today to see what happened, we got a new appointment but no explanation for the delay or the no shows. We were told that they tried to get us but could not.
