Was a good experience. Waiting stinks.
I’ve gone to Dr.Cynthia Yango for over 15 years and she’s managed my asthma very well.Ive found her to listen to my symptoms review my medical files medications as well as any other doctors appointments I’ve had. I wouldn’t think of going to another allergist. She goes over And beyond to help her patients.
the whole staff at Advocate Trinity Hospital takes care of the patient since they arrive till they leave. best hospital i have ever been to. very clean and they make you feel like you are at home once you get there
Top notch physician.... I've had asthma full-blown since I was 16 yrs old. I'm now 70+ and Dr. Yango has watched over me for 30 years. God bless her!
I found this company to be very deceptive,and highly recommend against them.Even though this company had all my insurance info before I ordered respiratory supplies,and rented their oxygen concentrator I made a point of asking them the total charges,they told me the amount ,but when the bill came it was four times the amount quoted to me,seems they waited until they had me as a customer before the dropped the bomb on me.When I received the first bill and called the office I received absolutely no satisfaction,and ended my bu... read more
In 2007, I had a hysterectomy due to a cancer diagnosis--the ob/gyn floor, for the most part, was fabulous, the nurses were there when you needed them, rooms were not only clean, but bright and inviting. But the day before I was supposed to leave, I developed a fever that would fluctuate a couple of degrees. The nurse on staff decided it was probably a hot flash and was not reported to my doctor or on my chart. Twenty minutes or more to answer phone, they don't return calls, they force you to go in when u run out of medicine then they will code you wrong because they think your there for fun and they call it a preventitivive visit. Don't let them give you extra tests you didn't ask for either. Research the flu shot before you get it. I'll be warning everyone I know about this place. They should be able to look at your insurance and warn you if things aren't covered when you go in but they have a hard time even answering the phone. ... read more
Dr.Yango-Eugenio is a terrible physician who has bi-polar disorder and falsely claims her sons work for her office, making them employees when they have never worked there. She does this so they can falsely have evidence of experience for their medical schools. It is illegal and a federal crime do this, hide it from the government, and get government benefits and paychecks to her sons who have never worked there a day in their lives. Both boys were actually in school during the claimed time. She is crazy and untrustworthy.
This is the slowest hospital I have ever been to. Staff is nice but wait time is riduculous. If you are real sick or in pain do not u o to Trinity Hospital. Lots of patience required
