Hands down the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Just to give you an idea...the equipment tech gave us a 15 minute lecture. I quote "i dont care about you, your family, your illness. You dont matter to me. If your issue isnt about this equipment and only the equipment, dont waste my time". We had one woman we had to call to order supplies. Horrible service,rude,unprofessional nothing but problem with them,they make a mistake,Ipay for it.this has happened with a wheelchair and a medical bed.

Do not use this company unless you have to for insurance reasons. If you must use them, follow up with them monthly to make sure that they are billing you correctly. That way you do not receive any surprise bills months and months later that you have to pay and were not aware that you were responsible for. They are very disorganized and way behind in their accounting.
