Been waiting for almost 2 months for a response from this assigned outlet for recently diagnosed severe need for CPaP Equipment. Several calls, left messages for someone to follow up with me, as they verbally requested on the phone with me, for a designated ‘case worker’ to get in touch with me. No calls backs. Terrible ! Have been trying to get a hold of someone for months all they do is take messages. Have been out of Cpap supplies for 4 months!
Billing issues like everyone else they don’t try reach you to get you set up to pay then boom sent to collections
Hands down the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Just to give you an idea...the equipment tech gave us a 15 minute lecture. I quote "i dont care about you, your family, your illness. You dont matter to me. If your issue isnt about this equipment and only the equipment, dont waste my time". We had one woman we had to call to order supplies.
