Currently working with Advocate. STAY AWAY! We had a great nurse for the first 2 weeks. Then nobody showed up for over a month. When aI called the hey told me that the Nurse had Quit, so if I hadn’t called they would have never told me. We didn’t see a nurse for weeks, we currently haven’t seen OT/PT for over a month. They do not check on their patients or on top of the he care plan. HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY and save yourself a headache, find your self another Company.
I received excellent care from Advocate HHC!!! My nurse, Ricardo, was professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. He always had a smile and bright attitude.which brightened my day! Thank you so much!
