Staff is very polite however I had q 6:30am appointment, asked to be there 15mins early when I arrived its closed , office doesnt open til 6:30am. Get checked in at 6:30 when the office the opens. Im the only person in the office and still wasnt taken in for my mri for another 20 mins. i just dont understand…. Terrible

They never answer the phone when you call for medical Records - Cd information you always get the voice recording asking you to leave a message
