I feel like Patricia Owens may have saved my life! I can tell she really cares about her patients shes white and I'm black but she talks to me like my momma or aunty!!! Lol!
Not sure if my complaint lies with this medial center or insurance industry.. but the fact this medical center told me on several occasions that referral forms cannot be sent electronically to patients is frankly ridiculous. No fax or email, I must physically walk into the clinic to pick up the piece of paper, like they did circa 1972.. #GetWithTheTimes
The customer service is terrible. They continuously give you the run around.
This is one of the worst health care centers that I have been in. They do not care about appointment, and you would wait an hour before the doctor see you. The first time I went there with my son at that time we had an appointment. They left us waiting for more than an hour, and another hour inside the office before the doctor saw my son. Yesterday, I made an appointment through the phone to take my son to get his flu shot. The customer service did not know what to do, and he hang the phone.
