This network is no longer safe or adequate for lgbt healthcare. They are choosing to comply in advance at the cost of patient care. Advocate is more concerned with protecting themselves than providing care. They have completely hidden all information regarding lgbt healthcare programs and specialists from the public and patients, making it impossible for patients to research and access care they need on an informed basis. I came for a medical checkup before school for my daughter. The doctor was very nice, the nurses and receptionist were very friendly. There is an interpreter which is also important. Thank you so much 🩷
They need to work on there phone service and staff in addition, I called yesterda yet the lady hung on me. I have being pleased with the new doctor over there. I am under a new healthcare plant and not pleased. I CONTACTED JACKLYN RAFKA THE MANAGER THERE AND I WONT BE BACK. CALLED TODAY TO GET TEST RESULTS AND THE PHONE REP HANG UP ON ME
Inconsistent, uninformed medical care. Got juggled across multiple family medicine resident physicians who provided inconsistent medical advice. This resulted in care being significantly delayed- finally gave up and sought a second opinion elsewhere after getting the runaround from residents. I’ll be taking my children to actual pediatricians moving forward.
