They’ve screwed up multiple appointments for critical medical care, and have absolutely zero credibility when it comes to helping their disabled patients. Find somewhere who respects the law. And yes I’ve involved police in their complete negligence of ADA law, even in feigning ignorance of what’s part of their education. It is duty.
Went in for a sore throat, walked out with a sore throat. Dr. did absolutely nothing. Recommended going to E.R? I guess if I get the sniffles just go to the E.R too? This place was a joke. Never again.
The front desk lady has very bad attitude. Seems like doesn't wanna answer questions and help customers. Yes. I agree to the person who posted that they needed to be trained well to do their job!
