I went to Good Shepherd with a cut and broken finger. Pain lever 9. First contact after triage was my derivable and ID. First. Had to ask multiple times to numb up finger before anything else to help with the pain. Tool well over a hour to have it numbed with a shot. Got x rays and stitches. Then I waited to have it rapped and bandaged for over 40 minutes before I finally walked out this all happened without ever seeing a doctor. Practitioner assistant was the best I saw. DO NOT go to this hospital if you’re seeking help from an OBGYN, one of their doctors refused to treat an ectopic pregnancy, which is a non-viable pregnancy due to their personal beliefs. She told a patient she refused to treat it because there was a 1% chance it was a viable pregnancy. She didn’t care about the 99% chance the patient could die from it.
