Place needs to be shutdown honestly! So many issues here. And if you’re planning on having a child here I would highly recommend looking into another hospital. Beyond being completely lost and having no clue what they are talking about in such serious matters is not only scary but completely unprofessional. Even worse they will lie to you! What a great experience. Who thought wound care could be so painless. Thank you to the considerate nurse Alia and the compassionate female doctor, Dr. G. Not only were our concerns alleviated the doctor was gracious enough to tell us amateurs that we did a good job with the wound care to date. Our nurse was just lovely she helped us with the correct pillow to prevent further problems and even gave us some ensure without any prompting. Good Shepherd hospital is a beautiful hospital, organized and great nurses in ICU, Erin was awesome how she cared about my dad. There is one shrew with long brown hair and highlights who was very mean and rough with my dad taking exrays in emergency room. If it weren’t for how badly she treated my dad I would have left it at 5 stars because ICU nurses and DR. Wagner were amazing.

Because the nurses in ICU were so wonderful, I gave 5 starts BUT I have some issues I'm not happy about. My dad was in ICU and had awesome nurses. Erin was amazing, she went out of her way for my dad. They all were so good with my dad and I didn't get their names. There was one wretched nurse doing X-rays in emergency room, I didn't get her name but she was an AH.
