Had a horrible experience with Dr. Stephan Madry. Very unhappy with the procedure and the results. When I expressed this to him, he just blew me off told me it is what it is. Now they refuse to return my phone calls.

Currently was diagnosed with skin infection at primary this is not my first rodeo with this infection was to told to go to er with new or worsing condition in the past. I had a new wound, but has the same stinging sensation and swelling around it. They didn't even take my blood work. They were not busy inside they could have just taken blood work. They just sent me home.
