The man at the front desk with brown hair and beard that is graying was extremely rude. I have been to this center multiple times for blood draws and I have always just checked in with the tablet. He practically yelled at me to come to the front desk instead. He should not be working in a position that deals with customer service. He is rude to patients and snippy. I had a good experience with everyone else, but someone like him should not work there.

I’ve had several poor experiences at this hospital and even talking with patient advocates and nurse managers I’m still not satisfied with their behavior and protocols. They’re behind on cardiac care and rectal temps are not recommended in infants that are over 2 months old. You can even research evidence based ligature and other hospitals (Pediactrics) that do not adopt nor advise this practice anymore in triage regardless of chief complaints. They no longer have a Pediactrics unit either if your child needs to be admitted.... read more
