This place is a scam. They say they’re an immediate care, which is in their name, they also advertise as immediate care on insurance websites however, they bill you as an outpatient hospital visit. They also have out of network physicians that they don’t tell you about. Stay away from this place.
I came to this urgent care due to low blood pressure. An EKG was performed and came back normal. Despite this, the physician Dr John Korpics behaved in a completely unacceptable and unprofessional manner. From the moment he entered the room, he was yelling and screaming at us. I’m extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism of this staff. My partner visited this facility for swelling in his eye. After completing his exam, which included a vision test, he could overhear staff members in another room mocking him, making comments about how he complained of blurred vision even though his test results were fine, and even joking about his Bears sweater, warning others, “don’t ask him about the Bears though.” Even worse, the doctor misdiagnosed him without performing a proper examination. The doctor twanow I saw was condescending , rude, he rushed me, didn't listen to me, and didn't seem to care about how I felt. He did absolutely nothing to help me with my condition. Went to Westmont urgent care and the lady who treated was very nice and seemed to care unlike him and actually helped! I shouldn't have to ask for a mask, they should be provided like Westmont urgent care.
Looks pry empty but I've been here 2 hours past my appointment and sitting in a room alone for an hour.
