Professional, fully staffed, seen right away.
This facility, and staff here is fine. They have a very strange third-party billing system where the facility (Advocate) and the visiting physicians (Dupage Emergency Physicians) BOTH bill for co-pays. It is just very bizzare to receive 2 copays for 1 appointment. It makes sense that their visiting physicians from Dupage Emergency Physicians Convenient Care LLC has 1-star reviews on Google, because they way they do their billing is beyond normal. Went there for rib pain. I was immediately sent to the ER. Should have refused. I am continuing to be double charged for everything months later. They just keep adding to the bill. Even with insurance I am paying over $1000 for not getting any help with my problem. Overall advocate is a joke and do not recommend them.
Stay away from this location. While I interacted with a great nurse here last week who was able to address my concern quickly, I called today as a follow up on the same concern and got a nurse who was so rude/flippant. She represents this location so poorly that I will not be visiting again.
Never come here again. Doctor can't fo anything for ear ache or stomach problems. Never again
