One of the worst hospitals in the area. There public safety officer literally threaten me. And nursing staff highly selective on who to give care to. Had us wait for 5 hours in the waiting room and another 12 hours in the emergency room. With no communication or anything.
Staff is decently nice but not caring whats so ever . They seem to favor white people over anyone else, the waiting room was pretty empty at the time of going and they were not calling anyone into the waiting room .
Nothing to do with the great service. Sorry! You need to do something about those attack birds in your parking lot.
Don't bother going here for covid vaccine. Took a friend there on 7/18/21 for the first shot. That went well, however they waited until afterwards to inform us that they will be closing before the second shot, and we would have to go to Naperville for it. Asked them where that location would be and NO ONE knew. Called some phone numbers they gave us and no one who answered knew either, they just said to keep calling. REALLY???
