I’ve been to this hospital 3 times now for various issues, the first two times I felt like I received great care. I went last night as I had a 104 fever, was throwing up blood, and was so weak that I could barely stand on my own. I was desperate for help because I was in excruciating pain. I was left in a room and completely ignored for over an hour. When the doctor finally came in, she did not offer any treatment or anything to me- in fact, when I told her I had severe pain, her response was “I’m not giving you opioids”. I ... read more
I was taken to this hospital after breaking my leg when I fell. I ended up needing a hip replacement. Everyone from the emergency room staff, exray technicians, and orthopedic surgeon and staff were very thoughtful and concerned about my pain and comfort. Since I live in Missouri, everyone helped me do whatever I needed to do to allow me to go home. I can’t thank all of them enough for their help.

You helped my Dad with an urgent heart surgery, which was a success thanks to Doctors Lara Bakhos and Juan Bonilla. We cannot express how grateful we are to have professionals like you saving lives every day!
Staff and nurses are rude as they don't care about the patients , they must learn how to speak with patients... Doctors are experienced and good in nature, hospital must train staff and especially nurses some manners...
