When a patient takes off work to come in for an appointment you all should honor this appointment time and not just ask them to come back. If a patient didn't show up for an appointment then you all have a policy to bill the patient for that missed appointment. However if you all don't show up for an appointment because your doctor done come to work then you should do a FREE reschedule visit. My partner is pissed because of what you all just pulled. I like this place specifically. The billing department for advocate is nasty.
Five Stars for Resident doctor Stephanie Meier! I wanted to be a gatekeeper and keep her excellent care a secret so her schedule would stay clear, but decided to share. Every time I go in there I feel heard, and her commitment to care is TOP KNOTCH. She remembered things we had in conversation from months prior and helps to problem solve health issues, even if I want an alternate route.
