The doctor we saw last time for my son during an urgent care visit was fantastic. very personable. Most of the urgent care staff is usually pretty great. However the response time from a supervisor regarding a previous visit has been awful. I have still not received a the call back I was promised when I went in to pay a current statement bill. The previous doctor that we saw for my son's issue that we were told needed a podiatrist should have been handled in house (per the most recent doctor we saw there a month later). I wo... read more

Nurse assistants Anahi & Dalia - I’m extremely disappointed with the inefficiency and lack of flexibility I experienced with the nurse assistants during my recent visit. I came in expecting routine annual physical labs, which I’ve had done before without needing to first see the doctor. However, the nurse assistant refused to process my bloodwork until I had a consultation with the doctor to add the order — something that could have easily been confirmed or handled more promptly.
