Dr. Richard Puls did nothing for my issue. He was in the room with me for maybe 2 minutes. Didn't even take a look at my issue. Just prescribed medication and said see ya basically.
The space was clean and we had no wait! Which was awesome. The front desk receptionist was so nice and personable. We had a nice friendly conversation. The medical assistant was soo nice to my daughter and calmed her down when she felt nervous/scared. Finally the doctor came in quickly and was nice, knowledgeable, and direct. Our experience was the best that we’ve had ever going into an immediate care facility. Great job team! We are thankful.
The front desk staff are always kind. The nurses and Dr's listen well to you're concerns and needs. I also feel they are very thorough in checking out your medical concerns. I even more so love and appreciate that I have never had to wait too long to be seen .
Urgent care doctor, Richard Puls, very nonchalant and unconcerned. I went in for an animal bite, filled out the appropriate legal forms, just to find out they never faxed/sent the form to Kane County animal control, which they are legally obligated to do. When I called, the receptionist, without confirming my information, said she was going to check my file. She said she had a lot of paperwork to look through and was going to call me back. Unprofessional and inefficient.
